What do you need to measure a roof?
Send the roof plan, elevations and any details in your plan set. If the pitch is not shown on the drawings, tell us the pitch in your request.
Do you include waste?
We report measured quantities first. If you give us your waste factor, we add a second column with waste included so you can order straight from it.
Do you handle commercial low-slope roofs?
Yes. We measure membrane, insulation, coverboard and edge metal for low-slope roofs, as well as steep-slope shingle, tile and metal roofs.
How fast will I get my takeoff back?
Plans received on a business day are returned the next business day. If your bid is due sooner, put the date in your request and we will tell you right away whether we can meet it.
