We count fixtures and equipment and measure water, waste, vent, storm and gas piping by system, material and size. You get it all in one organized spreadsheet.
Do you count fittings?
Fittings can be included. Tell us in your request whether you want fittings counted or priced as an allowance per foot of pipe.
Do you work from riser diagrams?
Yes. Send the floor plans, riser diagrams and fixture schedule together, and we use all of them to build the takeoff.
How fast will I get my takeoff back?
Plans received on a business day are returned the next business day. If your bid is due sooner, put the date in your request and we will tell you right away whether we can meet it.
How much does it cost?
