Do you deduct doors and windows from wall area?
Yes. We report net wall area with openings deducted. If you price on gross area, say so in your request and we will show both.
Can you follow the finish schedule?
Yes. We break wall and ceiling areas out by the paint types and finishes in the room finish schedule.
How do you estimate gallons?
We divide each area by the coverage rate and number of coats you give us. If you don't send rates, we leave gallons out and give you the areas.
How fast will I get my takeoff back?
Plans received on a business day are returned the next business day. If your bid is due sooner, put the date in your request and we will tell you right away whether we can meet it.
How much does it cost?
Your first takeoff is free. After that, each project is quoted up front based on the size of the plan set and the scope you choose, so you know the price before we start.
Do you work with contractors in my state?
